I use Phoenix to post, and all you have to do is click on a little button next to the music field, and it imports whatever is playing on your iTunes at that moment.
If there's a way to do it when posting through the LJ website itself, I dunno.
And yes, shows are too freaking expensive! I think we paid $50 for Lollapalooza in 1995, which felt like a lot of money, but in retrospect. . . not so much.
