I don't disagree with much that Jesus has to say, but this assumes that all rich people are morally equivalent, which is clearly not the case.

There are a lot of poor people that don't deserve to be in the "Kingdom of God" either. Money (or lack of it) is not the sole determining factor of your goodness as a person.
