trying to fix sims...still

found this site, logged in and joined with the primary focus towards getting my stupid sims game to work - have sent 2 queries to people here who may be able to solve my dilemma, as ea.com haven't yet.

i'm getting married in less than 10 weeks, so i suppose if i keep up with this, you'll hear all about it.
